To keep things simple GBook doesn't have a dedicated admin panel, but you can perform certain administrator tasks by clicking the appropriate icon in the lower right corner of a guestbook post:

Download file settings.php from your server,
Open the settings.php file in Notebook (or some other plain text editor),
